Field Trip

Hero and Daddy went to the Science museum in San Diego with the home school group.

The Alpha and Omega Group.

This is supposedly what Hero will look like when she is 20.

Tea Party

Here are some photos from our tea party yesterday. Hero and I were the "princesses" and Jericho was the "prince." Warning: Tea parties are a side affect from watching Cinderella III too much!

Knott's Photos

Last month the kids went to Knott's Berry Farm with Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Heidi, and Uncle Jonathan. (Mommy had a nice time at home with Ransom.) Here are some of the pics they took:

Rice Cereal

He liked it!

If Not Eve...

This morning Hero informed me, "I would wish I had lived with Adam and Eve, then I could have all the fruit I want." If Eve didn't take the fruit, Hero sure would have.

Shopping

Today I went shopping at Target with all three kids. I'm sure that it was temporary insanity that led me to believe that I could do this without any mishaps. We shopped for three birthday presents and diapers in record time. (Part of this time-saving was done by conveniently forgotting an item, but that is what happens when you don't make a list.) Amazingly enough, my kids were fairly well behaved the whole time. We had one problem when a certain little girl said, "Move on by, lady, move on by," to a browsing customer. After discussing with my daughter how that doesn't show people God's love, she spent the rest of our shopping time singing, "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" and making up her own verses up to go along with it. I got my workout by pushing around one of those big carts with the toddler seats attached. (This was the kids incentive to be good.) We made it out of Target in less than twenty minutes which I would have never thought we were capable of.

This Week's Pics

Hero has made her first potholder. It's a fun way to practice patterns.

It's so much easier to bathe the baby when brother holds him.
